All the minibuses that you can take from the airport in Girona are privately run and require that you book them in advance. They don't have offices in the airport itself, so we've provided the full address to their headquarters.
You can contact the mini bus service by phone or fax to make your reservations. If you request their discretionary service then you can choose your pick up and drop off points. A discretionary service is a private hire service, as opposed to their 'normal' services which are set routes that they run regularly. They do not have a regular route to and from the airport and so you will need to request their discretionary service for this.
Prices vary depending on date, number of people and route. You can e-mail them a request through their websites or call for a quote.
I called
all of the companies below and they were not able to give me a quote immediately.
If you definitely want to book a minibus call them two or three weeks in
advance at least to give them time to get back to you with a quote! They
were all rather difficult to get hold of.The list below has contact details of the minibus companies that offer information in English. At the time I called (March 2011) each have a member of staff available who can speak English if you ask. Ampsa said it was better to call in the afternoon if you wanted an English speaker.

Ampsa Girona minibus service operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. They've got buses that hold from 20 to 70 people and each one has air-conditioning. They also have a specially adapted minibus with disabled access, that seats 36 passengers.
