This page is a guide to Girona holidays list for the year 2008. We’ve included National Spanish holidays and Girona-specific holidays. You’ll see the names of the holidays (fiestas) also written in Spanish.
As a general rule, the shops, banks and governmental organisations are closed during the fiestas or holidays. It is always a good idea to double check with them in advance.
The tourist information office in Girona stays open through most of the holidays.
